Description

Rustic ginger flows from the top of this man's head until it reaches the ends of his ears where it tapers and until it ends at the back of his neck. His bangs are kept short and out of his face, just being a inch above his eyebrows which arch over his dark green eyes. His skin about his face is rather pale except for the freckles that dot randomly about his cheeks and about the bridge of his too-thin nose. His triangluar face narrows at his rounded chin which sits underneath his slim lips. His chest is fairly well-defined, suggesting he spends a bit of time doing physical activities. This is further evidenced by his thick arms and calloused fingers. And while the young man is of slim build now, his body shows hints of bulking up in later stages of life as evidenced of his rather tall height of 6'3".

Chisri can usually be seen wearing a light teal shirt that fits loosely about his body. At times, this can sometimes be seen with a white jacket thrown over it when cooler weather hits. Tan-brown pants wrap over his legs and look to be a little short on his legs as noted by the amount of ankle that is shown before dissapearing into white socks and brown work boots. Bits of glitter can be seen stubbornly clinging to random bits of his body, whether it be occasional flecks in his hair or dotted on his skin or clothes.

History

From day one, Chisri was a handful for his parents. Whom, already having three other children, all of whom weren't very much older than their younger brother, were in over their heads. Chisri was the final nail in the coffin. Between caring for theri other children as well as raising Chisri, there just wasn't enough time to go around. But things work out, babies grow into toddlers, toddlers grow into children, who might listen if you decide to spoil them rotten, and those turn itno somewhat reasonable beings that might be passed off as humans. The world may never know. While growing up was difficult, Chisri made the best of it, and while he never did quite forgive his parents for their attempt at parenting, life goes on.

And so, life did go on. Chisri grew up, and as he grew up, he tended to be a bit on the rebellious side. Shirking work when he could pull it off, ducking out of class when it was deemed too boring to attend and getting into all sorts delinquint behaviour. That all changed when Chisri got to be the age to where he could be shipped off to the nearest hall and left to fend for himself. A place where rebelling against the rules just ended you with more work, and hard work it was. For Smithcraft is not for those faint of heart. He was taken on as an apprentice and eventually the craft seemed to click with the young man. As for the first time in his life, he was actrually contributing to a better cause. Whether it was making something as simple as a bar, to something far more complicated. Eventually, Chisri settled on a specialty of making jewelry and tinkering inbetween jobs and got himself a nice little post at Eastern Weyr.

Deep chocolate swallows his hide, enveloping him in darkness from nose to tailfork. Only a few places on his hide show any lighter tone, and even then it's just the slightly lighter klah like flight goggles around his eyes and in twisted, knotted cuffs around each of his wrists. His wingsails are tight and taught between their spars and painted pure, deep, formless black with just a hint of pattern like herdbeast leather and extending just far enough to be large enough to support his weight, for he's not small example of his color, though his strength runs to the lean more than bulky, creating smooth, powerful lines that sing with power and confidence. There's more black on his head in a near perfect circle. Even his headknobs are unusually round, and they curve down over the back of his skull like a protective cap, a thin strip of black sliding down around and under his jaw. Each of his claws is tipped in silver, the only real light in this otherwise swarthy man.
